I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours of production time for your order to ship. Average shipping times are 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers are updated 3-5 business days after your order has shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days, email us at cowcow1980@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Shipping the item back is at your own expense. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel. Note: if your package is still in transit, wait for it to arrive before returning it.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty if it hasn’t shipped yet. If the item has already been sent, use our return system to receive a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address. What do I do?
If you submitted the wrong address, reply to your order confirmation email immediately. Notify us at cowcow1980@gmail.com within 24 hours to correct it. No refunds are issued for incorrect addresses after 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and fulfillment center. The average delivery time is 7-10 business days. Shipping may take longer if sent from outside the US.
